The meat is delicious and has a very soft texture that is delicate to the palate. The BBQ sauce is the best I have ever tried, made by the chef of the house.

Chicken Rotisserie
The food was really tasty!!! We drove up all the way from Riverside to check it out! The smoked chicken at Bludso's was the best smoked chicken I have had in years.

Bludso's links were so tasty! Flavor and spice were perfect, not too hot. The texture is authentic links, so much better than store bought links. The cornbread is amazing too! Nice surprise to have a Bludsos at Proud Bird.

The food was so DELICIOUS ! EVERY THING TASTED SO GREAT,the ribs ,beans,Mac and cheese and collard greens all was an explosion of flavor in my mouth ! Can't wait to go back . The bbq sauce was to die for ,and to top it off the chocolate soft serve was so yummy ?? felt amaizing to visit the new and improved proud bird
